Young people in care can often struggle to cope and can feel their voice isn’t heard. Quite often, their risky, symptomatic behaviours can be difficult to understand and this can pose challenges for those in their support network and community.

These behavioural reactions are normal responses to an abnormal childhood, and this understanding drives our work.

“I love the house and staff help me to cook and to be independent.  They help me with my English. I’m proud to be part of TNS care and we are like family.

—  SJR, Aged 17
